How and why did we start
After having started out in the field of photography, we
realized that an established presence on the Web is a necessity.
Igor, being a professional software engineer, already had all
the necessary knowledge and experience in Web design. Olga
learned how to design Web sites with his help.
Almost
all our publications and many prints sales originated from our

Since 2001 we have been designing Web sites for clients. We
also perform maintenance and make all necessary updates on the Web sites
designed by us.
We really enjoy the challenge of adapting each client's needs and vision to the
realities of the Internet environment.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We provide photographic services necessary for your Web site design - portrait
photography, product photography, jewelry photography, landscape photography.
If you want us to take pictures of your artwork, contact us before you ship any
of your work.
Work should be clean, well packed, and insured for the full value when shipped.
Turn-around time is usually a few days but may take longer depending on the
number of pieces, the complexity of the photos, and the time of year.
Return shipping charges will be added and range from $10-$30 depending on
insurance value and weight.
We usually ship by USPS or Fed-Ex. New Jersey sales tax is also applicable if
you are in New Jersey.
Local Service (Central New Jersey)
If you are in the Central New Jersey Area, pieces can be dropped off in person
to our studio in Lawrenceville. We can also arrange a shooting session where
you can be present while we do the photo session. This is a great opportunity
to give feedback on the set up and composition of your shots.
Shooting sessions are by appointment. Work can be dropped off during the day,
call or email to set up a time for drop off.
Prices for product photography
The prices refer to shots of individual pieces that are under 10"x
10". Group shots, pieces with difficult set up, or oversized items may
require additional time and cost.
Per image: Web-ready retouched images, 25$ per photograph.
Per hour: Photo session in our studio, $40.00 per hour.
Retouching: $30.00 per hour.
WEB DESIGN
List of materials we will need to get together:
- You will need to choose a domain name and we will need to find out if it's
available.
- We will need all the information about your business or organization, like
logo, business card, catalog, brochures, descriptions, and photographs or
scans. If this material consists of computer files they can be emailed or
burned to a CD. If not, you can mail the hard copies. We will discuss design
options, including layout, colors and e-commerce solutions (if needed).
After examining your material we will give you an estimated price. At this
point we would need a 40% deposit of the estimated price. We will then set up a
temporary "private" space on our Web site: http://www.photographyforever.com/Clients/YourDomainName/.
You will be able to visit your area and view the progress of your Web site
development. We will work together to create a website that is uniquely suited
to your needs. Once you approve the basic layout we will set up your hosting
service (if you don't already have one) and move your website to your host's
server.
About effective Web presence
There's much more to developing an effective web presence than simply creating
some nicely presented pages.
Remember, that you always have a very short time to engage the viewer's
interest, therefore your website must be:
· fast loading. Images must be optimized in size for quick download without
sacrificing visual clarity.
· well thought-out, user friendly, and easily navigated.
· multi-browser friendly. Your website must be adapted for correct viewing in
