LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
Olga Ivanovna Sergyeyeva worked for the Ukrainian Scientific Center of Technical Ecology from August 1978 to March 1993 as full-time technical translator, and from March 16, 1993 till January 1996 as freelance translator. She knows French (her major) and Spanish languages to perfection, and she was also translating large volumes from English into Russian. She was constantly upgrading her level of knowledge, learning new languages and putting her knowledge to use.
She is a very scrupulous, conscientious, and serious person. Her translations are of high quality and technically literate. She made translations in diversified fields according to the profile of our Scientific Center, which is working in the field of the environmental protection. The topics included chemistry, physics, metallurgy, coking production, mining engineering, medicine, biology, informatics; mainly they were translations of patents and papers published in scientific foreign journals. On repeated occasions Olga Sergyeyeva was invited to work as interpreter at international expositions, which took place in Donetsk. She worked with foreign specialists not only in our Center, but also at many other enterprises and factories. She also made some business trips as interpreter and translator in Spain and Luxembourg. In the office O.Sergyeyeva was a communicative, kind, understanding and responsive person.
